The shirt was not protected and trying to get the bag out the blouse was cut. Should have protected better.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that the blouse was damaged during the opening of the package. To reduce plastic waste, and because a second bag is unlikely to prevent damage from a sharp implement, I do not double bag. I recommend tearing polymailers from the top, or running a blade facing up toward the seam of the top flap, whenever possible. Thank you.
