Upon opening the model, the pieces were scratched and dinged up. I sent photos. Model was returned. Seller refused to refund shipping charges both ways, despite offering a moneyback satisfaction guarantee. Said because I opened the box it could not be resold. How am I to determine the condition of the pieces without opening the box, for a model that’s 45 years old!? I had to turn to my credit card company to get shipping refunded. Purchase from this seller with caution.

Customer requested a return before they even received the model. We authorized the return no problems. They were messaging us and they cancelled the return and opened the model. They still sent the kit back to us with no open return request stating they just didn't like it. It states right in our listings that the customer is responsible to pay the return shipping for returns. We refunded the customer for the kit as soon as it was returned to us.
