Very well packaged and clean (like new). Arrived earlier than expected. The MoBo battery was dead so forced BIOS entry to set date/time before picking up at define User(s) from Win10 install. IT Bargains very quickly acknowledged my queries before I sorted myself by temporary removal of graphics card and installing the new battery. I felt their support was excellent (even tho in the event I resolved myself). I would have no hesitation in using them again.
