I sent you a message clearly explaining that tracking had been uploaded due to the bulk upload automation and that the printer had broken and gave my apologies for this. You didn't reply to any of my messages aside to (fairly) request a cancellation as the postage was quite late due to the printer having broken (which i did say more than once postage would be late) which I did instantly.I can understand your frustration however again it was out of my control & you ignoring messages didn't help
