nous avons reconnu l'erreur immédiatement et avons proposé de renvoyer le bon exemplaire à nos frais (14€) vous avez tout bonnement et simplement harcelé notre boite de reception de message! tout ça pour au final au moment d'expedier le bon article vous avez fais un litige auprès de votre établissement de paiement. belle tentative pour conserver les deux sacs en plus de votre remboursement !
