This item came with large pieces of resin all over the body and face, there was no definition in the face and the model is extremely fragile. No thank you.

Rubbish, this is untrue and the buyer clearly had no idea what he was purchasing. Buyer did not complain to us, just decided to leave ridiculous feedback. The model may be fragile but that's usual with resin. Buyer reported to eBay and blocked - we don't deal with such customers.
