I've had 2 previous iPods since 2007 and ordered my 3rd from this seller. I received the item, formated it, and connect to my computer to sync my music. iTunes never recognized the device and the iPod never changed from "ok to disconnect" screen. It's dead and doesn't work. I formated it multiple times and connected to my computer while iTunes was open, multiple times. Computer recognized the device, but not iTunes.
