The seller packed the pops terribly. They arrived in a shoe box that was completely crumpled. The pops were also damaged

Well these were packed in a new shoebox.. Should have provided suffecient protection as I mail all my pops in shoe boxes.. Sounds like an issue w the USPS not my packing.. I really have my doubts on the legitimacy of this complaint seeing how its been nearly a month since delivery. Some people love attention though. Enjoy you toys!
