I had to replace my steamer. Something I purchased in 2007 when I purchased my home. Now in 2024 it has kicked the bucket. I have one complaint about the replacement, it doesn't glide across the floor. I did read a review that stated the same thing. I have to push it really hard to go across the floor. I believe it is the pad.
