This was the worst ebay experience I have ever had. Took over two weeks to ship. Seller did not replay to my inquiry. Item was just thrown loose in a box. When it arrived three weeks later it was broken and damaged. No explanation no apologies. I don't want a refund. A little courtesy has more value. In this case I got none.

We try to fulfill every order on time and with safe packaging as shown by our other reviews! The item that was sold was a broken drone that was shipped in the same condition that it photographed in. Buyer was offered a full refund for the time it took to arrive (not a problem we could control) and for the condition it arrived in even tho it was already being sold as a broken product to begin with. If buyer ever had a problem with the order we always try to resolve it!
