Item arrived with missing parts and was nonfunctional. Seller was initially very cooperative and responsive, which I appreciated… but once the item was returned, the seller didn’t send over a refund and was completely uncommunicative, despite being active on the platform.
Had to reach out to eBay to open a case and get my money back.
