Sadly - the hay fever treatments never came. OK I got a refund - but when you rely on a seller to get treatments in time for the GCSE Exam season you are naturally "negative" about the experience when they don't deliver.
Stock shortages can hapen to anyone - but if my experience is repeated by others who review their experience it indicates a more systematic failure in the seller.
