Seriously impressed! Very friendly replies to my messages. I Bought a used robotic vacuum cleaner with a few bits of damage described honestly in the listing, and shown clearly in the photos. A damaged part which affected the mop function was accidentally missed, and this seller checked online and refunded the cost of a BRAND NEW replacement part from the manufacturer. Many second hand sellers would not have been this kind. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. AMAZING SELLER.
