    Seller listed this as an open box item - brand new in an open box. It was missing several attachments. The Descaling cartridge was already in the machine and had obviously been used. The seller they offered me a $60 partial refund to cover the missing parts which I accepted and ebay closed the return request. When I tried to use the machine to steam the floor it turned out that the water tank sensor was faulty. When the tank was full it registered as empty and the machine would not work. Poor!
