Horrible experience.
The bag is not what I paid. Is much smaller. Instead of 31 cm is 19 cm.
It does not have the zip on the back, signature and also the zip/pocket inside. It also gives the impression that it was used.
I contacted the seller but didn’t answer back.
I claimed the money back and I want to return such unwanted item
