Wow. Just wow.
Didn't put my item in the mail for 7 days. Ignored my questions on if it had been shipped. I finally politely told them I would have to file a ticket with eBay if I did not hear from them.
They took 20 bucks off the order, sent me a NASTY message calling me "ignorant and petty" Told me eBay would " laugh at me" because his record is so good.
I did get my item but I caution you to avoid this seller. Read his feedback. This is NOT isolated behavior. I'm sure he will retaliate

I wasn't 7 business days, ask eBay weekends holidays don't count. I explained I was in the ICU with my daughter and PROACTIVELY refunded 100% of the shipping and apologized. You were anything but polite and said you didn't want a refund you wanted your item which was halfway there and with a 20% discount. You then threatened me after this and yes eBay would laugh because I already sent a 20% discount. I offered an apology and a full refund. You threatened me and you are petty and confused.
