Please have seller contact me. I received the timer switch today, and when I put batteries in it the only thing that happens is that it runs continuously for about 10 secs the on the screen appears, "Err". This is what was wrong with the last one. Please help be correct this or refund my money. Thank you and look forward to hearing from "theonlybeck" of a representative. Richard Newman
