A totally different item was delivered from the one we ordered. Not usable on our Vanguard Twin engine (lawnmower tractor). We contacted the vendor several times to arrange a return/find a solution. The only reply was the same standard message requiring that we send the item to the USA. Incomprehensible: the return address shown on the package is in Germany. No reply at all to our repeated request for a prepaid return label. Meanwhile the lawnmower tractor is still broken. Very poor service!
