These items were not as described. Seller listed as Good but they certainly weren't even close to good. Majority of this bundle should've been tossed in the trash which is exactly where I sent them. I did reach out to the seller to let him know I wasn't pleased. He was ready to offer a refund as long as I sent back but I told him I couldn't send back as they were put in trash where they belong as I wouldn't want someone else to be taken advantage of. This trash wasn't someone else's treasure.

Client shared his concerns with me and we immediately tried to fixed the problem. We offered to open a return request for refund but, it was refused by the client. We are always happy to fix the problem when we make mistake. I'm not sure why a return followed by a refund was not acceptable to fix this situation, which is following eBay policy.
