I tried to contact seller about my purchase not being sent. I got ignored. I had to open a case with Ebay and seller still ignored me. Ebay had to refund my money, still I was ignored. The seller was quick on taking my money. I wish they put some of that energy into customer service. That's probably the worst thing you can do to a customer. Ignore them
