Seller sold an untested lantern as working. Lantern didn't work and needed repairs. Lantern had a bad pump and generator. Apparently this seller is a reseller that moves volumes of product and gambles on whether it works or not. They believe, that offering a refund for items that end up not working, is good business model. A seller listing an item as working that has not been verified as working by the seller, is lying to buyers.

This buyer is a total moron. We offered full refund to this nut job. He sent us so many emails trying to get us to discount the price.
