It is very effective cleaning the nose of my child and the best thing is that we don’t have to use the rubber bulb. We have used the 3rd gear and noise is not an issue and the music and lights are a plus that our child loved. The little tweezer was very useful extracting the hard booger. Disassembly and cleaning it was very easy. We are very satisfied with our purchase and recommend this nasal aspirator.
