Computer was not in the "good" condition described (case twisted, lid dented) and network interface was non-functional. Seller did offer to provide a return label, but would not offer any partial compensation. Since I was not interested in waiting for a refund while waiting for another machine from another vendor, I order a replacement mainboard which cost less on ebay then the round trip shipping would have cost the vendor. Item was simply not as described
