I have contacted the seller and eBay about the item. The only response I get from the seller is that they no longer have the item and can’t do anything. They shipped the item to me and will not give me tracking details besides the fact that the shipping they claim to have sent it with has tracking. They have been rude and hateful, and condescending. They do not need to be a seller on this platform.

Won the auction, but seller struggled to be able to ship item. Eventually I was notified my order has been cancelled due to the “buyers request” which was not true. Interesting enough, I noticed the auction had already had been started for the exact same item before my item had been cancelled. Oh well, my daughter didn’t get them for her birthday as planned but my refund did come so there’s that at least.
