They did amazing with shipping, figures were wrapped very well. Only complaint would come from the figures them selves. The arm, skirt and hair on vanilla was a little loose and would occasionally fall off. For chocolate it was just the chair pins not entering her leg properly. I was able to modify a few pins and now they stay and look amazing.
