I struggled with this rating, as the device seems to be practically brand new. There were a few issues with the doorbell; there was a big scratch on the button that wasn't present on the images, the device was also not factory reset prior to receiving, which isn't an issue though did make for a slightly frustrating and lengthy setup while I had to research why the doorbell wouldn't connect to the home app, although it looked brand new and felt so. Overall, would recommend and would buy again.
