The item came to me able to turn on, but once I logged in and tried to download games/update system software, the hard drive was corrupt so it was unusable. So while they probably need to test products like this a little further, they took it back without any hesitation and gave me a full refund even though they said no returns on the item. I rate 5 stars for integrity because most sellers would have told me I was SOL.
