The card arrived without any bracket (neither half-height nor full-height) at all...this missing part was not noted in the seller's description.
The card did not arrive in an anti-static bag. It was just bare electronics wrapped in bubble wrap.
The origin is marked as Opa Locka Florida but I'd be willing to bet it was drop-shipped from China given that it didn't ship for more than a week after I purchased it.
This could have been avoided had the seller bothered to open the package.
