Already contacted seller but their excuse was that if you buy the pack of 100 they take it out of a pack of 200. So you end up with damaged box and damaged sheets and no idea if you actually do have 100 sheets my box was damaged and reused the plastic sealed bag the sheets are normally in were opened and edges bent and this apparently is all ok . I DID NOT PURCHASE SECOND HAND OR DAMAGED . They offered no apology or discount .Amazon sell them new and no damage so use them . Buyer beware

I am surprised with this negative feedback. I did offered free return but buyer wanted to keep the item. Then I offered discount. I also apologised straight away. Package must have got damaged in transit again out of my control. Buyer wanted to keep the item and a full refund which is not our policy. To get refund you need to return the item back using the free returns label provided by eBay. I have reported the buyer to eBay. They are investigating this matter.
