Am 12.03.2023 habe ich den Plattenspieler gekauft, am 13.03.2023 hat mir der Verkäufer mitgeteilt, daß er die Ware nicht hat und daher auch nicht versenden kann. Erst am 17.03.2023 habe ich von ebay die Bestätigung einer Rückerstattung erhalten. Irgendwie fühle ich mich vom Verkäufer als willensfreier Kreditgeber missbraucht. Aber eigentlich bin ich auch selber schuld, denn das war nicht der erste Verkauf von nicht vorhandener Ware durch den Verkäufer. Daher, Finger weg von dem Verkäufer!
