I was very impressed by how much effort and care went into packing my Oreck. It did not shift or move inside the box. It was intact, in remarkably good shape, and runs like a dream. This will be the 4th Oreck XL in our house. My oldest was bought in 2005 and is still running after 19 years with constant cleaning . I'm a walking advertisement!
