I finished pay. But suddenly, seller asks for various personal information such as passport number. I asked for the evidence for the need for personal information. And I asked the seller to promise to delete my personal information without abusing it when it is provided. But the seller avoided and ignored all answers, saying he should sleep. absurdly, since then, I have not been able to get any seller's answer and the transaction was unilaterally canceled due to the buyer's shipping address.

I solved your problem but you seem to have problems. Don't be a bad buyer by having your item shipped to an address that isn't registered on eBay(Third Party like scammer) I don't support breaking the rules on eBay. Very Worst buyer
