this guy clarifies that for some reason he can't ship merchandise to certain countries, I live in Mexico but my shipping address is in Texas, so don't worry. I offered the highest price for some watches I won the auction, but this guy just canceled, after winning the auction, without giving me time to clarify that the shipment was for the United States, I felt very frustrated because I was looking for those watches. He told me he would enlist them again, but nothing has happened. Lousy seller!

I finished pay. But suddenly, seller asks for various personal information such as passport number. I asked for the evidence for the need for personal information. And I asked the seller to promise to delete my personal information without abusing it when it is provided. But the seller avoided and ignored all answers, saying he should sleep. absurdly, since then, I have not been able to get any seller's answer and the transaction was unilaterally canceled due to the buyer's shipping address.

I solved your problem but you seem to have problems. Don't be a bad buyer by having your item shipped to an address that isn't registered on eBay(Third Party like scammer) I don't support breaking the rules on eBay. Very Worst buyer
