This puzzle was represented as used. Puzzle pieces are in a zip-lock plastic bag and look to be in excellent condition. The box shows signs of wear including being slightly caved inward on the bottom but the box has held up well for its age. I am so glad to have this puzzle. The puzzle was well-packed in a sturdy box for mailing. Seller was promptly responsive when I communicated about mailing system's mis-routing of correctly addressed package. Great seller.

Puzzle arrived in brand new shrink-wrapped condition inside a sturdy, well-packed box. Due to mis-routing error caused in the mailing system beyond the control of either the Seller or the Buyer, the Buyer contacted Seller twice and Seller communicated promptly and helpfully. Buyer is not penalizing Seller on rating for shipping time. The puzzle was eventually safely delivered right to my doorstep. I would gladly do business with this Seller in the future. So happy to have puzzle.
