I discovered that the stem fittings did not exactly match the setting on the faucet (16 vs 20 or so ridges). No problem! I heated the metal stems on the valves, evenly pushed the handle into position a Voila! instant fit. In use for a month, still as good as new! Thanks, again, EbAy
