    The packaging was more than adequate for the item and its destination. The buyer sent me images of the package, which had clearly been opened, retaped shut, and had a completely different label from another carrier than the one we used when it left our store. We believe that whoever handled the package may have taken your item. We are still more than happy to send you a replacement free of charge, but the buyer stopped responding to my messages and has chosen to leave a negative review instead
