    Terrible customer service experience overall. They deliberately pushed communication to WhatsApp to avoid eBay’s buyer protection and oversight. They made multiple empty promises about support and functionality, but the board arrived defective and does not work properly. They don’t understand even basic concepts like differential versus single-ended transmission lines. Completely unprofessional, evasive, dishonest, and best avoided entirely.

    Our product is fine! Before you purchase the product, I have informed you that in our development board routine, there are demos of ad9361s and pcie respectively. However, the adc captured the display on the pcie, which we indeed do not have at present. We also accept your return.
