      This item was bought as a gift. Packaging looked amazing. Phone was really cute. This phone was not compatible with any network because it did not even have 4G capability. The app icons were present but did not work. It seemed more like a dummy phone. The only app that worked was youtube kids. Again this was a gift. As soon as I found out I reached out and their response was it's been 20 days and it was working when they checked it out. They wanted me to re-explain it didn't work. NO SOLUTION!
