When I got it the item was packed really well with a ton of bubble wrap. I ordered a used cooling fan for my Jaguar & it was the correct part that fit my car..the value was much better than a lot of other used part vendors. I had a question regarding my order and they answered me right away and even followed up. I'll definitely consider using Floras again
