I asked the seller about this problem and for a refund, like all buyers do but the seller said that they can not do that. I just wasted $20 on a broken MSATA SSD. Oh well, all what I can say is that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER AT ALL, as if the item has a problem the seller WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL! My advice is to buy from a better seller.
