        Seller shipped the incorrect item to me, and then requested I return ship it. He promised to refund my shipping. So far, no refund after I have communicated with him and ebay. Not only did I not receive the correct item, I had to pay for returning it and basically get ignored.

        Yes, I made a mistake, and I reached out to you and offered a refund (which you got) a return label (which you got). You decided to not use the return label you were provided at no cost yourself. I even offered to send you the correct item at no charge. You declined that. I told you I would have to contact eBay about an outside refund. You decided to then send me a nasty message and this. So, you were not ignored. I went out of my way to make up for my mistake.
