I ordered the 10x 3TB sas drives (which was a great deal already), but I received them in improper packaging. I contacted their customer support, and called directly with Nick and April. They were very helpful and understanding and made sure that this wouldn’t happen again. I received the replacement drives the next day and I couldn’t be more happy. I’ll definently be buying from them again!

I emailed customer service and they were prompt and friendly with the replacement. They already had a replacement sent out before I sent the original back. I received the replacement very quick and it worked like a charm. I’ve bought multiple drives from this seller and this is the first “problem” I’ve ever had. Great price for the drive.
