From reading their feedback this seem to be a common practice. The price didn't go as high as they wanted so they cancel the sale instead of fulfilling the order. If there is a minimum they want for the item they need to put a reserve on the auction.

I notified Seller of the problem with a promise of bad feedback if this situation was not addressed. I was told to "chill out" by the seller. I'm very chill as in "stone cold" about this..
