Seller responded promptly when I inquired but didn't give any explanation on why shipping was so slow. I bought a spinning reel and the bail trip doesn't work, nothing about this in the description. I would not have paid full price if the description had been accurate. Packaging was fine but I won't buy from this seller again.

The package shipped and arriveand arrived but was NOT what was listed. Instead of 1/100 scale builders they sent me 1/144 scale. Not a huge deal. I wouldn’t have left a bad review if the seller would’ve actually responded to my message about the mix up instead of sending me a request for feedback. I’d still be willing to talk about the mix up and try to get it settled but I highly doubt that will happen at this point.
