    Received my lovely tray. It was just what I wanted and very cute. The price was good. The tray was packaged perfectly and extremely well and even had the FRAGILE tape wrapped around. Sadly, it arrived damaged, despite the careful packaging. I asked if they had another one, but sadly it was a one off. I was able to get a refund, which was dealt with extremely quickly. I would certainly recommend this seller though.

    The item was sent out in 3 working days as per eBay listing. Unfortunately the delivery took 11 days with Evri. The buyer contacted us after 9 days we explained that it had been sent quickly, we checked tracking and it was showing delays with Evri, we forwarded tracking to the buyer and chased up our end but there was nothing else that we could do.
