Some assembly is required in order to attach the mirrors to the backing. I used an exacto knife to peel the tape back and attach the mirrors. They fit well and look nice. One did fall off on the initial test drive. After a quick adjustment they were both in without further incident. Make sure they click completely into place when installing into the housing.
