It was packaged very well and had a lot of FRAGILE stickers all over it, I counted 14 different stickers on all the sides of the package. Unfortunately UPS still managed to drop or somehow damage the jump seat top lid to the point the whole seat was not usable. The seller was very apologetic and quick to respond. I got a full refund and things worked out fine in the end.
