However, the box was completely covered with parcel tape, and internally there was so much shrinkwrap around the item it took ages to cut and pull it free, and the item required rubbing down to remove the sweaty feel to it. Simple bubblewrap or foam packing would much improve this aspect of the buyer experience. Happy customer otherwise and would recommend the item itself.
