Considering that the seller NEVER replied to an email asking if he got my payment ok, I figured that any communication about issues would probably go unanswered as well. He sent half of the charger, (no wall plug But I had one) and could not register windows as the version was updated but not the license. NOT at all crazy about Communication. Safe to buy here, but be prepared to fix problems alone.
