I didn't notice that part of bat wings wrapped under the tail piece. It reminds me of skeleton fingers. You don't really see it once installed, but a cool feature. I should have put this part on the other reviews also: My 2022 Gibson Sg stays at the perfect playing angle where I play, even when letting go of the guitar. It doesn't move. The SG is super light, but the new parts do not make it heavy.
